By using this site or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bound by, the terms and conditions set forth below. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not use this site and please do not submit any orders for products or services. The terms and conditions posted on this website, including the rma policy, are public information and must be adhered to by anyone doing business with ComputerCity.com.au unless there is a written contract signed by an officer of ComputerCity.com.au. Price, specifications and terms of offers are subject to change without notice. ComputerCity.com.au is not responsible for typographical and/or photographical errors. Retail products are accompanied by the original manufacturer warranty. ComputerCity.com.au does not offer any technical support or sales advice. Customer pays return shipping charges for all RMA services. ComputerCity.com.au reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: - ComputerCity.com.au may use the services of third party contractors to update our website, we do our best to keep the information on the website as accurate as possible. Customers will agree that we are not liable for mismatched product pictures nor mistakes in product information.
- Customers shall agree that each item in a multi-item purchase from ComputerCity.com.au shall be treated independently unless stated otherwise in the memo section of their order. That is, defect, replacement, and cancellation of one item does not constitute the voiding of the entire purchase. Each item shall be considered independently for warranty or refund purposes unless the customer has stated otherwise in the invoice memo.
- Customers shall agree that under absolutely no circumstances will shipping be refunded once we ship.
- It is the customer's responsibility to look over their email confirmation and make sure all shipping, billing and item purchased are correct. If you do not get an email confirmation, call us to see if the order went through. Do not submit multiple orders or you will end up paying full restocking and shipping fees!
- Order cancellation cannot be accepted once the order is shipped. Shipped orders has to go thru our regular RMA procedure.
- Material fee for boxes, transportation, etc. are included in the shipping fee with the exception of shipping insurance and calculated on per shipment basis.
- Customers shall agree that ComputerCity.com.au will not be liable for shipper's shipping delays. If packages do not arrive within the shipping company's promised timeframe but in no way is ComputerCity.com.au required to do so.
Security
Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are done through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once we receive confirmation of successful transaction from bank your order will be processed.
Order status
ComputerCity.com.au will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our website.
Where we Ship
We ship to any physical address that Australian Post ships to within the Australia. We may accommodate customers who need to have an item shipped to an PO Box depending on the circumstances. If we need to reroute package due to the wrong addresses from customers we can charge additional costs.
Processing Time
You can expect your order to be processed within approximately 24-48 hours, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. ComputerCity.com.au does not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders are not processed on weekends and holidays.
Shipping Delays
Once an order is shipped, it is up to shipping company (Australia Post, BPX TNT and other)) to deliver the product, we will not be able to stop the shipment once it is shipped. If shipping company is lost the package, we will not be able to ship out replacement packages until shipping company confirms that the package is lost/will not be delivered to its destination and they will reimburse us. Without confirmation from shipping company, we will not know for sure if you will get two shipments if we ship out another one. Another delay is if there is no one to sign for the package, most package we ship usually requires a signature, if a package is returned to us because no one was available to sign for it or the address was input incorrectly at the time you enter the order, you will be charged again to ship it out a second time.
Promo Codes
ComputerCity.com.au will sometimes furnish an alphanumeric code that can be used for promotions on our web site These promotional codes may be found in print and/or online advertisements, sent via email to our Newsletter and/or Promotion subscribers, presented on the ComputerCity.com.au web site or circulated at events and through other means. Some of the specials offered by entering a Promo Code during checkout include free shipping, volume discounts, free gifts or complimentary Rush Order processing. The provisions for a Promo Code will be included with the code itself; if an expiration date or other condition is stipulated, just reference where you acquired the code for the exact requirements. Please note that Promo Codes are not redeemable for cash and you must spend more than the discount price in order for a promotion to be applied. For example, if a Promo Code offered $10.00 off your next purchase, you would need to spend more than $10.00 to redeem your discount.
Pricing and Typographical Errors
Due to the fast pace of the computer industry, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to list the most accurate, up to the minute information. Despite our efforts, some items on our website may be mis-priced. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographical, or technical error or error in pricing from our vendors, ComputerCity.com.au reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.
If your credit card has already been charged for the incorrect price, we will immediately refund your card and cancel your order. You may also repurchase it for the correct price if you wish to.
Due to the volatility in pricing for computer products, we will not offer price protection beyond the 24hours of purchase. eg. If Intel drops the price of a processor 5 days after your purchase, that is beyond our control and our cost for that same processor when we shipped is also much higher than our current selling price. We will not be able to refund the difference since we had to purchase the processor at a much higher cost to send it to you when you placed your order.
Technical Support
ComputerCity.com.au does not offer any sort of technical assistance. We cannot offer advice on compatibility of items, make product recommendations, provide technical support or sales advice. We post all of the information the manufacturer provides us with for your convenience. Please contact the manufacturer directly for accurate answers to your technical questions or for additional information or specifications that are not posted at ComputerCity.com.au.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES COMPUTERCITY.COM.AU'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCTS SOLD. COMPUTERCITY.COM.AU SHALL NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, BE LIABLE UPON A CLAIM OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, TORT, INDEMNITY OR CONTRIBUTION, OR OTHER CLAIMS RELATING TO THE PRODUCTS IT SELLS WHICH EXCEEDS THIS LIABILITY LIMIT.
